AGS25 will take place at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney on 11–12 March 2025.

In-person tickets are available until 4 March 2025 and virtual tickets are available until 6 March 2025.

• 20% discount of the best available rate over the dates of the conference.

• Booking cancellation policy: 3 days prior to arrival. Rates are subject to availability.

• Reduced rate of $349 per night in a Superior Room

• Discounted buffet breakfast rate of $35 per day when added at the time of booking

• A deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits are non-refundable.

• Reduced rate of $370 per night in a Wonderful room (room only)

The theme of this year’s summit is ‘Beyond the Horizon’. This theme invites board members to think strategically about the future, embracing a mindset that looks beyond immediate challenges to anticipate and shape what lies ahead.

Australia’s boards are grappling with an array of issues, including climate governance, geopolitical tensions, cyber security and the emergence of Artificial Intelligence. These challenges, often looming just beyond the horizon, require proactive governance to navigate complexities and capitalise on new opportunities.

In-person attendance

If you attend the AGS25 in person, your registration fee includes:

• access to all keynote sessions and a selection of breakout sessions
• catering over both days, including networking drinks on Day 1
• access to post-summit session recordings.

Virtual attendance

If you attend the AGS25 virtually, your registration fee includes:

• access to all keynote sessions and a selection of breakout sessions
• access to post-summit session recordings.

By attending AGS25 in person or virtually, AICD members will gain 20 DPD units.

Yes, member-exclusive ticket pricing is available. Members save $301 on in-person tickets and $310 on virtual tickets.

If you’re attending the AGS virtually, we’ll email you the day before the event to share the link to log into the virtual EventsAir platform.

If you’re attending in person at the ICC, all information (including links and login details) will be sent two days before the event.

Yes, sessions will be recorded (given speaker consent) and made available to attendees after the event. You can access them through the virtual EventsAir platform for a limited time post-summit.
