Sydney Business Centre and Member Lounge - Level 12, Tower 3, 201 Sussex Street
We are excited to announce the brand-new Sydney Business Centre and Member Lounge has opened on the 4 November 2024 on Level 12 at our new location in Tower 3, Darling Park - 201 Sussex Street.
The new Business Centre and Member Lounge:
is a space to relax, work or network, but get in early, as there is limited capacity.
- contains 2 meeting rooms available for you to book via phone on (02) 8248 8440 or email
- is where all our courses will be held from 1 January 2025. (Until then, courses will remain at Cliftons.)
Please note: From 1 January 2025, Angel Place will be the only TEC location available for use. Until then, you may still use the 3 The Executive Centre (TEC) locations:

You only need to book if you require a meeting room. Simply email memberloungensw@aicd.com.au or call us on (02) 8248 8440.
The lounge area and desks do not require booking, but there is limited capacity.
The area has a seating capacity for 60 people, including 20 powered workstations.
There are 2 meeting rooms available for booking. One with standard desks and one with high desks.
Room capacity: Maximum of 6 people
Cost: $75/hour
The lounge is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Yes, all 3 TEC locations available to us (Blight Street, Angel Place and Three International Towers) will remain open until 31 Dec 2024. However, from 1 January 2025, Angel Place will be the only TEC location available for use.
The Executive Centre is open from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
Yes, members can still book the meeting rooms at The Executive Centre. You will need to book and pay for the meeting room directly with The Executive Centre via their website. Room rates start from $55.00 per hour.
To access The Executive Centre, please follow the steps listed below
Step 1: Complete this form expressing your interest in lounge access, providing your:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile number
By submitting this form, you are authorising AICD to share these details with The Executive Centre for the purposes of providing lounge access and services. Information shared is subject to the Executive Centre's privacy policy.
Step 2: Download the MyTEC App from the App Store or Google Play. This app will serve as your tool for access, entry, and departure via QR code scanning.
You should expect an email within 36 hours containing your login details and instructions to activate your membership.
Step 3: Each time you visit a Centre, you need to use the MyTEC App to check in and check out.
For the holiday period, the lounge and meeting rooms will be closed from 5pm on 20 December 2024 until 9am on 2 January 2025.
The Executive Centre reception will be unavailable from 5.30pm on Friday 20 December 2024 until 8.30am on Thursday 2 January 2025.
