The Governance Leadership Centre spoke to Alison Gaines, CEO of international executive search and board consulting firm, Gerard Daniels, about the changing ‘C-suite’ and what it means for directors.

Alison is the former Vice President of the Western Australia division of AICD and an AICD Fellow. In a distinguished career, she has worked with executives and directors across sectors for three decades and was previously the CEO of the West Australian Law Society. Alison is also a non-executive director on Australian and international boards.
