As a result of feedback from Queensland Division members, the program of events has been expanded to include more opportunity to network and present a wider range of events in the regional areas.

On September 22 we visited members at the Gold Coast with our first Member Get-Together evening. On September 6, Ben Kehoe and Tony Towler, presented a discussion forum in Townsville on "The Need for Strategic Thinking in Business". On September 19, David Gifford shared his insights at a Queensland Business Story in Toowoomba on the Transition of Darling Downs Bacon. Next month, Reg Clairs, former CEO of Woolworths will visit Townsville and Cairns on October 10 and 11 to discuss What is the future for Australia's vital food industry? Recent luncheon speakers in Brisbane have included John McFarlane, CEO of ANZ Bank, Ted Kunkel, president and CEO of Foster's Group and David Knott, chairman of ASIC.
