Vickie Williams is an accomplished organisational development and cultural change specialist. Her experience includes governance, communications, public relations, human rights, community development, and learning and development.
Ms Williams currently oversees the strategic direction of Human Resources, Community Engagement, Communications, Cruise, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Environment, Sustainability and Quality at Mid West Port Authority, based in Geraldton.
Having in depth experience in governance, social and human rights issues, including family violence, equality and diversity issues and embedding ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) into contemporary business practices, Ms Williams is also an experienced Board Director.
She has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Sociology from Deakin University, a Master of Business Administration, completed Cambridge University’s Sustainability Leadership and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Director’s Course.
