Scott and his team pride themselves on providing genuine solutions to issues that will stand the test of time. They strive to identify ‘root cause issues’ and to work with clients to shape a solution that brings about the improvements they are after. This collegial approach ensure that Scott is open and approachable while at the same time being forthright and at times challenging.
With over 25 years experience working with multinationals, governments as well as small family businesses. Prior to this he held senior positions in the automotive, mining and public sectors. Scott is passionate about improving the performance of organisations and their people. There are numerous ways this can be done and all have been proven to have a clear impact on the bottom line. This passion has seen Scott work with public and private sector clients across Australia, Asia, New Zealand and most recently in the USA.
