Rayne has performed numerous CFO roles during her career to date in agriculture, aquaculture, viniculture and more recently in forestry.

During her tenure as CFO for Forico, Tasmania’s largest plantation forest management company, Rayne became a globally recognised pioneer in corporate sustainability and natural capital reporting. Rayne helped put nature on the balance sheet and to transform corporate decision making to incorporate the cost of externalities and the value of natural capital. She witnessed the signing of the Global Biodiversity Framework in Montreal and presented the world’s first Integrated TCFD & TNFD Disclosure for Forico at New York Climate Week at the global launch of the Taskforce for Nature-related Financial Disclosures in September 2023.

Currently Rayne is partnering with Pavan Sukhdev to promote the world’s first Impact Valuation engine and software platform, GIST Impact, to help evolve ESG reporting and inform portfolio impact assessments for Natural Capital risks and opportunities.
