Jason Wilk FAICD

Jason is the Managing Director of Wilk Advisory, providing governance, risk and cyber advisory services to boards, councils and leadership teams across Australia.

Jason is an AICD Senior Facilitator, educator and adviser specialising in governance, strategy, risk and cyber. He brings deep domain expertise in technology and cyber governance built over years leading these functions in financial institutions and through his governance and risk advisory practice.

As a member of the AICD Faculty since 2010, Jason facilitates the Company Directors Course (Strategy and Risk), Foundations of Directorship, Governance Foundations for Not-for-Profit Directors, and in-house programmes. He is the author of all AICD cyber courses, including The Board's Role in Cyber and Cyber Security for Directors, and is a reviewer of the Strategy and Risk modules of the Company Directors Course.

Jason's board experience includes chairman, executive and non-executive director roles, along with chairing Audit and Risk and IT Steering Committees. He holds the Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) certification from ISACA and is a Fellow of the AICD.
