Heather brings multidisciplinary legal, risk and governance knowledge and experience to her board roles in large and complex organisations. This is backed by 30+ years as a legal practitioner.
Her experience spans non-executive governance roles in organisations with large workforces in multiple locations, with large property and infrastructure portfolios and undergoing business model transitions.
Her industry sector experience includes health, aged care, transport, housing and related infrastructure with understanding of regional and remote contexts, underpinned by strong network relationships across public, private and community sectors.
She is committed to the principle of shared value creation, in which the outcomes for both the enterprise and community are maximised.
