Bill has a vast business background through a number of years with privately owned and national / multi-national companies. These roles included ownership and CEO in food & beverage manufacturing, sales and marketing director for a national pet food business, Chief Operating Officer for a subsidiary of Cadbury Schweppes, and IAG Insurance, and interim CEO of a hospitality services company and Interim CEO, Regional transport Company and chair of a regional engineering company.
This background has been complimented by a diverse consulting experience and as an advisor to private business owners and family Business. Bill now sits as an external advisor on family business boards.
Bill established the AICD monthly Director Nexus forum in Geelong and was appointed to the AICD Mentors panel for private company directors in 2005.
