Sharon is a Non-Executive Director at TechnologyOne, an
ASX100 listed B2B SaaS company and Auto & General Insurance Company, the licensee for Budget Direct Insurance, a ~$3bn turnover, technology enabled general insurer, and Compare the Market – an online comparison
platform.

Sharon is also the Executive Chair and majority owner of InterFinancial and sits on the global board of Clairfield International. InterFinancial is the Australian partner of Clairfield International a global partnership of mergers and acquisition firms and is frequently ranked in the top 10 mergers and acquisition practices in Australian & New Zealand.  Sharon leads a team of 15 M&A specialists, each with strong industry experience that they leverage to assist their clients to achieve more. Sharon is particularly active in the financial services and technology sectors.

Qualifications and professional affiliations:

  • Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Information Technology (Distinction), Queensland University of Technology
  • Graduate Diploma of Business Administration, The University of Queensland
  • Fellow, Australian Institute of Company Directors
