Rob is an organisational psychologist specialising in meeting dynamics and executive coaching. As a thought leader in behavioral governance, Rob designed and delivers AICD’s advanced course on director performance, group decision making and boardroom dynamics.


Rob has extensive experience advising leaders in a diverse range of industries, including construction, finance, utilities and resources. He helps organisations to effectively navigate challenges associated with leadership performance, board and executive conflict, and cultural and people risk. His goal is to align people, business systems and culture to achieve sustainable performance.

By combining deep insights into organisational and human behavior with a solid understanding of corporate governance, strategy, and operations, Rob provides incisive analysis and pragmatic solutions. He empowers individuals and teams to reach new heights of capability and performance.

Rob is a Managing Partner at Change Focus Group, a provider of tailored organisational psychology services, including human assessment, facilitation, team development, and change management. He holds board positions at Schuhfried Australia, an international supplier of clinical assessment tools for medical and neuroscience markets; Veedre, a psychometric testing firm servicing mining and transport industries; and Focal Communities, an NDIS provider.
