Commissioner Paula Spencer

Commissioner Paula Spencer was appointed to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission (AIRC) in 2001, Fair Work Australia (FWA) in 2009 and the Fair Work Commission (FWC) in 2013.

In her time at the Commission, she has worked across the full range of industry panels and is currently the Queensland Member engaged with the Service Industries and Aviation, Rail and Road Transport industries. The Commissioner has been a sitting Member of the National Annual Wage Review Bench and is also the Chairperson of the Northern Territory Correctional Officers’ Arbitral Tribunal, and Deputy-Chairperson of the Police Officer’s Arbitral Tribunal.
