Marianne Perkovic has over 30 years of experience across financial services, wealth management, superannuation, and the fashion industry, with roles in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
She is an experienced Board Director and Committee Member, including Chair of Audit & Risk, Investment, and Strategy Committees, and a member of Remuneration & Nominations Committees. Marianne also has extensive experience as a Director, Trustee, and Committee Member for non-profit organisations and industry associations.
Currently, she is Chair of the Australian Fashion Council and Eticore and serves as a Non-Executive Director for Insignia Financial Group, RAM Essential Services Property Fund (ASX: REP), Teachers Mutual Bank, and Orygen Youth Mental Health Foundation. She is also a member of Workday’s APAC International Advisory Board.
Previously, Marianne held executive roles at KPMG Australia and Commonwealth Bank, including Executive General Manager of Commonwealth Private and Wealth Management – Advice. In 2009, she became the youngest female CEO of an ASX-listed company at Count Financial Limited.
She holds a Bachelor of Economics, an MBA, and is pursuing a Master’s in Coaching Psychology. Marianne is also the author of Pivotal Career Moments, which highlights professional development and resilience. She is a member of AICD, Chief Executive Women, and the Financial Planning Association.
