Lauren has produced leading research on the digital transformation of markets. She has advised on public policy and regulatory design for over fifteen years in the not-for-profit, corporate, and government sectors, including with the Australian Government via the National Data Advisory Council and Digital Experts Panel.
Lauren was inaugural CEO of the Consumer Policy Research Centre from 2017-2021 and is a Consumer Director at the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria (EWOV).
Passionate about the experience of people within markets, Lauren supports cross-sectoral collaboration, diversity of thought, and advocates for the implementation of human-centric systems, policies and practices. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Resource Economics (Hons) from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University, and has completed the Executive Program for Non-profit Leaders at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
