Fiona Payne FAICD

Fiona is a values driven director, ethical and energetic in her pursuit of organisational vision.

Her current roles are chair of Good Sammy Enterprises and Therapy Focus, non-executive director of Stan Perron Charitable Foundation. Her previous Board roles include Chair of 360 Health + Community, Chair of Kiind (previously Kalparrin), inaugural Board Member of the National Disability Insurance Agency, Director of Community First International and Foundation Co-Lead of the Disability Health Network.

Fiona’s early career as a physiotherapist working with children with disability and their families led to an interest in governance and strategy, which after starting her own family, she pursued through roles such as Chair of Kalparrin, Foundation Co Lead of the Disability Health Network, Non-Executive Director of Community First International (now Chorus) and member of the inaugural Board of the National Disability Insurance Agency.
