Claire became Chief Executive of ECH in 2022 a modern retirement living and aged care company, driving the strategy to ensure people to 'Get MORE out of life' not matter their age or stage.
Over the past 18 months Claire has led the organisation through considerable growth and is focused on developing a deep sense of belonging and community to both employees and customers.
ECH is one of South Australia’s largest providers of retirement living, homecare services and allied health with more than 6000 customers and has nearly 2000 properties across 109 villages and close to 900 employees.
Claire sits on the South Australian Divisional Council for the Property Council of Australia and SA/NT ACCPA Committee and is Deputy Chair of the SA PCA Retirement Living Committee. Her focus is on ensuring there is diverse industry experience and sector representation on each of these Committees.
Bringing my deep understanding of consumer markets, transforming companies to realise digital efficiencies and building brand capital ensures employees can focus their energies where it matters most, on our clients. I was drawn back to my hometown Adelaide after 22 years in Sydney, because of ECH’s philosophy to empower people as they age, giving them the confidence to remain living independently.
