Alex is a founder, CEO and Non-Executive director with global executive experience in the areas of strategic partnerships, innovation, organisational and digital strategy, program management and strategic procurement across defence, construction, telecommunications, financial services and emerging technology. His expertise spans varying markets and cultural contexts such as Australia & New Zealand, Asia Pacific, the Middle East & Africa and the UK.
Alex continues to be at the forefront of industrial and organisational change. Upon returning to Australia, Alex was the founding CEO of Stone & Chalk, which successfully grew to become the focal point for fintech and other emerging technologies in Australia and globally recognised brand. Prior to this Alex had a successful career with global organisations including Lendlease, Nokia Networks and Barclays Group. He holds an Executive MBA with Distinction, London Business School, a Bachelor of Engineering, University of Sydney and was a Commissioned Officer in the Australian Army.
Alex currently advises a range of businesses, governments and universities on growth, innovation, competition, regulatory change and leading through culture.
