With over 30 years of experience as a company director, senior executive, and manager, Helen Brodie is a dynamic leader with a proven ability to deliver results. She is deeply passionate about leveraging coaching and mentoring to empower individuals, strengthen teams, and drive organizational success.
Helen’s extensive expertise spans sales and service, business transformation, and operational logistics. Her leadership roles on not-for-profit, government, and commercial boards—including as director and chairman—have equipped her with a deep understanding of governance, audit, remuneration, and committee functions.Helen is an experienced fundraiser and a director in a diverse family business. Recent involvement with the National Disability Insurance Scheme has deepened her understanding and compassion of the challenges facing differently abled people, as well as broader societal issues. Helen’s commitment to fostering growth, innovation, and inclusivity continues to leave a lasting impact across the industries and communities she serves. Helen has held director roles in various companies for over 30 years. She has chaired a number of boards, most recently, Chair , Queensland Library Foundation. Previous boards include: Southbank TAFE, Australian Institute of Management, ( Chair) Starlight children’s foundation QLD committee , Chair, Australian Post Tel Institute, Chair, API travel, State Library of Queensland She has a degree in Business and graduate diploma in Business Administration from QUT. Holds a Company Director Diploma and is a Fellow of AICD.
