Wendy is an experienced strategic advisor to corporate clients, bringing together experience in both corporate strategy and sustainability. Prior to Pollination, Wendy was a Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group. She worked with financial institutions across a range of strategic, organisational and operational issues, as well as leading BCG’s Climate, Sustainability and Social Impact work in Australia and NZ.
Wendy has also held senior strategy roles at Stockland, one of Australia’s largest diversified property companies, and worked at leading international specialist sustainability consultancies, ERM and Ramboll, where she advised corporate and government clients on environmental and sustainability issues.
