Paul Hodgson has over 25 years’ experience as a high calibre executive and non-executive leader in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors achieving positive change and growth through leadership, strategy, collaboration, sustainability and innovation. As a serial intrapreneur, he enjoys innovating and transforming organisations from within and is comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, and a lateral thinker, community builder and innovator.
Paul is currently Chair of Queensland Manufacturing Institute Ltd; Vice-Chair of the Hydrogen Flight Alliance, and Executive Director Regional Futures – Energy Transitions, and Director, Centre for Hydrogen and Renewable Energy at CQUniversity. Apart from Non-Executive Board roles, Paul has previously reported to Boards as an Executive at both National Energy Resources Australia (NERA) and Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ).
Paul Hodgson has a Master of Sustainable Development, a Bachelor of International Business, a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, is a Certified Developer of Enterprise; a Certified Advisory Board Chair; an Australian Certified Economic Developer; a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD); and completed the UQ/Oxfam Australia Community Leadership Program in India. He is a regular mentor for the Griffith Business School and the Industry Mentoring Network in STEM.
