Jeffrey is a Managing Director at Allegro Funds, a private equity fund manager specialising in corporate carve out, turnaround and special situations investments.
Jeffrey joined Allegro in 2013 and is responsible for deal sourcing, appraisal and execution as well as overseeing portfolio companies as a board member. During his time at Allegro, Jeffrey has been involved in the acquisition, turnaround and/or transformation of TSC Group, Carpet Court, JSW Australia, Terrex Seismic and Questas Group.
Jeffrey has over fifteen years of experience in investment banking and private equity. Prior to Allegro he worked at UBS Investment Bank where he was involved in advising a range of clients on buy-side, sell-side and capital raising engagements.
Jeffrey is on the Turnaround Management Association Australia board and Director of Questas, JSW and Chair of Terrex Seismic.
