Jane Jeffreys is an accomplished Company Director and Managing Director of Jane Jeffreys Consulting. She is an experienced businesswoman with extensive board, executive and consulting expertise across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors including Tourism, Education, Aged Care, Financial Services, Business, Technology, Arts and Sport.
Her current Board appointments include State Chair of Smartgroup, Chair West Beach Parks and Brand SA, Director of Funds SA and Iocane Pty Ltd.
Previous Directorships include Chair of Guildhouse, Chair of Data Action, Chair of Gannon Lifestyle Communities Pty Ltd, Chair Adelaide Convention Centre, Chair and CEO of the South Australian Tourism Commission, Director Tourism Australia, Chair ECH Aged Care Inc. and Director Port Adelaide Football Club.
Jane is also a Facilitator for the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Course, in-boardroom workshops and other short courses.
She is Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Jane was awarded Member (AM) of the Order of Australia in the King’s Birthday 2023 Honours for her significant service to the community of South Australia through a range of roles.
