Cate has more than 20 years of experience in designing, delivering and managing sustainability strategies across public and private sectors, including serving as the executive director at the UN Global Compact Network Australia.
As Group Head of Sustainability, Cate has led the refresh of Lendlease’s sustainability strategy, including a new strategic framework, best practice implementation of the Task Force for Climaterelated Financial Disclosure’s (TCFD) recommendations, and the co-creation of Lendlease’s industryleading sustainability targets.
Cate is also a director on the global board of ResponsibleSteel and on the Advisory Committee of Lendlease’s FutureSteps, which addresses housing stress in Australia. She was recently named in Financial Standard’s 50 most influential ESG leaders.
