Anne is a Non Executive Director of National Australia Bank, Platinum Asset Management, nib Holdings Ltd and nib NZ Ltd and Destination NSW. Anne also Chairs various Audit & Risk and People and Remuneration Committees at these organisations.
Anne has more than 30 years of experience in professional services, including as Deputy Chair at PwC. During her career as a senior executive and partner, Anne gained deep experience in business performance, client experience, stakeholder engagement, governance, and people and culture. This included a particular focus on business growth and change management, leadership development and succession, performance and reward frameworks and promoting increased diversity.
Anne is former Chair of the Bell Shakespeare Company (2016-2021). Anne is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Member of CEW ( Chief Executive Women), a Member of IWF Australia ( International Women's Forum)
