Senior Policy Adviser, Australian Institute of Company Directors

Andrew Heath is a Senior Policy Adviser with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). He is responsible for projects and activities which advance the AICD as trusted voice of good governance, driving positive change in policy and practice affecting Australian boards.

Andrew is a governance professional with over 20 years of experience working as a non-executive director, company secretary and senior governance leader. He has served as chair and non-executive director in a range of not-for-profit organisations and in company secretary roles with Airservices Australia and the Australian National University.

Andrew is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. He was listed in the “Governance Top 100” for Australia in 2020 and 2021.
