Wayne Gerard is the founder and CEO of Partner Ventures.
He started his career as an Army Office serving 10 years before joining Boeing. Over the last 20 years, Wayne has founded and led multiple businesses, including RedEye which was acquired by US industrial technology giant Fortive in December 2023.
Wayne has severed on numerous public and private boards and advisory bodies, he was the Chief Entrepreneur of Queensland in 2021-2022.
In 2023 he was engaged by QIC to establish the Venture Capital Development Fund, he is an Adjunct Professor in business and entrepreneurship at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and on the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Legacy Committee.
