An accomplished leader with extensive experience as Chair, Board Member, and CEO across private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. She excels in driving organizational growth through strategic leadership, digital transformation, customer-centricity, and fostering innovation. Known for her commitment to governance excellence, Vanda balances strategic vision with rigorous oversight to deliver sustainable outcomes.


Currently, Vanda is the Chair of Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust, IntegratedLiving Australia, AMES Australia, and Early Childhood Management Services, where she leads transformative initiatives across aged care, education, migration, and community services. She also serves on the boards of BreastScreen Victoria, focusing on quality improvement, and Vasey RSL Care, supporting veterans.

In addition to her board roles, Vanda serves on the advisory board of Touch Projects and as an external on St John Ambulance Victoria Clinical Governance Committee. With a proven ability to navigate complex environments and deliver meaningful outcomes, Vanda is deeply committed to fostering innovation, inclusivity, and community well-being through robust governance.
