Dr Tracey Dodd is a distinguished Australian academic and non-executive director specialising in sustainability, stakeholder engagement, risk, and corporate governance. With over two decades of cross-sectoral experience, she is the Chief Executive Officer of Sustainable Innovation, an advisory firm providing strategic planning and policy advice to national clients.
In addition to her industry engagement, Dr Dodd holds several academic positions including, Senior Lecturer at the Adelaide Business School, University of Adelaide, Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Exeter (UK), and Visiting Professor ISC Business School (France). Her research in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) has been published internationally, including in outlets such as the Academy of Management Learning & Education, the British Accounting Review, Energy Policy, and the Australian Journal of Management. Dr Dodd also serves in various governance roles: Chair of the Green Industries SA Board Governance Committee, Chair of the Australian Maths Trust Finance, Audit & Risk Management Committee, Non Executive Director of the Australian Dance Theatre, and National Facilitator for Climate Governance for the AICD. As an AICD graduate, her interdisciplinary research and global recognition contribute significantly to the seminar's expertise.
