Sue is a financial services professional with experience as a non-executive director, executive director and consultant.
Sue has driven some of the most complex governance programs in the private and public sectors including a legislative review to improve governance and accountability of state-owned commercial entities, and leading the response to regulatory instruments such as the Royal Commission into Banking, the NSW Commission of Audit findings and NSW Inquiry into Money Laundering.
Sue is currently on the board of the NSW Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority, McLean Care – a national aged care provider and Independent Institute of Business Analysis.
She has previously been an elected member of the AICD’s NSW Divisional Council for 9 years and is now a Facilitator of the Company Directors Course. Sue is also a Sessional Lecturer for the UTS International School of Business, lecturing on Digital Transformation and Effective Performance for overseas post-graduate students.
Sue is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a PhD in Business and is currently completing her Diploma of Law through the NSW Legal Profession Admission Board.
