Sarah Dulhunty was previously a partner at Ashurst and has over 30 years' experience as a corporate lawyer with a market leading reputation in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance regularly advising boards of both listed and unlisted clients in respect of directors’ duties.
She also served as a member of the AICD Law Committee, an Acting President of the Takeovers' Panel and is currently a Deputy Chair of the Corporations Committee.
She was a member of the Board of Blake Dawson which oversaw the merger with Ashurst. She was also previously on the board of Governors of Winnifred West Schools Limited and is currently a non-executive director of Regal Partners Limited and Parklife Metro.
