Rosey Batt is the CEO of a boutique legal services firm. She was formerly an equity partner at Minter Ellison. Her experience includes advising ASX listed companies, companies limited by guarantee, private companies, statutory bodies, local councils, SME’s and individuals on a variety of legal matters including complex litigation, contracts, intellectual property, commercial transactions, trade practices, succession planning, governance and the Corporations Act.
Rosey has an active portfolio of directorships including GPex Ltd, Cancer Council SA and Windmill Theatre. She is an experienced Chair and has held directorships on the ASX, private, public and not-for-personal-profit boards in the Health, Retail, Manufacturing, Transport and Education Sectors.
Rosey has a passion for corporate governance and has written, reviewed and facilitated the AICD Company Directors Course for the past 16 years.
