Roger Chao FAICD

Roger Chao is a seasoned CEO, Chair, Non-Executive Director, and Board Consultant, with extensive experience across private, public, and non-profit sectors. He has chaired and served on numerous boards and audit and risk committees.

Roger currently chairs the Victorian Emergency Relief and Recovery Foundation, and serves as Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committees for the Rural Workforce Agency Victoria and Melba Support Services. Additionally, he is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee for the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing. His previous roles include board and committee positions with Victoria Police, the Australian Physiotherapy Council, Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust, Annecto, among others. A Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia. Roger also serves as a facilitator, assessor, and writer for the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
