Rebecca Fraser has an extensive career spanning over 25 years in human resources and safety across various industries, including manufacturing, supply chain, energy generation at major Australian and international businesses.
Notably, she served as a Non-Executive Director at Ballarat Community Health since 2020 and chaired the Corporate Governance Committee. Until 2023, she was also a member-appointed director at NECA Education and Careers, a prominent Group Training Organisation (GTO) in Victoria and Tasmania, as well as a trade-based Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in Melbourne.
Rebecca holds the following qualifications and professional development credentials:
- Master of Labour Relations Law from the University of Melbourne
- Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from the University of Melbourne
- Bachelor of Arts from Monash University
- Accredited LSI & executive coach (IECL)
- Completed the AICD Company Directors course
Outside of her professional life, Rebecca is married to Wes and has two stepchildren and a daughter. Her interests include arts, theatre, reading, travel, and sailing. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
