Philip oversees the research and engagement teams that author Glass Lewis' proxy advice over the Asia-Pacific markets.
His team publishes research on 15,000+ shareholder meetings and engages with issuers in over 500 meetings each year.
In addition to his APAC responsibility, Philip covers large and mid-cap ASX and NZX-listed issuers, with whom he engages and on whom he authors Glass Lewis' governance analysis and proxy voting advice. His focus research areas include executive remuneration, boardroom relationships, and director and executive succession.
Prior to joining CGI Glass Lewis, Philip was a forensic accountant in the Disputes and International Arbitration practice at Berkeley Research Group, before which he was with the forensic accounting and audit practices of KPMG.
He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is a CFA Charterholder.
