Patrick is an experienced not-for-profit company director who is also a governance, risk, resilience and compliance consultant. He is currently Chair of Brisbane Water (NSW) Legacy Club Limited; Chair of Central Coast Community College Limited; and a Director of HVTC Pty Limited where he is Chair of the WHS Committee and a Member of the Audit & Risk Committee.
Patrick has worked in the public and private sectors in executive leadership, general management, commercial and specialist roles at Sydney Water, Transport for NSW, BAE Systems, BHP Billiton, Qantas Airways and in the Australian Army, where he served as an intelligence officer for over two decades.
Patrick was awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross in 2000 for his intelligence support to humanitarian and military operations in Irian Jaya in 1998 and East Timor in 1999. He was also awarded an Australian Defence Force Commendation for his role in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations in the approaches to northern Australia from 1997-1999.
