Lorraine Carroll GAICD

Chair, ARC Disability Services

Lorraine is an experienced Speech Pathologist and Allied Health manager within the disability, NDIS and education sectors. She completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2011 and graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2021.

Lorraine joined the ARC Disability Services Board in 2015 and is currently Board Chair. As a large NFP organisation established in 1976, ARC and its Board, have seen considerable and ongoing changes and challenges within the NFP sector.
