Kellie is a Fellow of AICD and has served on numerous boards since 2003, including publicly listed, domestically and internationally, public unlisted, Federal and State Government trading enterprises, private equity funded, privately owned enterprises and various not-for-profits; as well as founding a charity (ReadytoWork) that is now part of the global organisation “Dress for Success”.
She has chaired a public company and served on or chaired a variety of board committees, including Audit & Risk, Governance, Business Development, and Nominations & Remuneration. Upon recently returning to WA, Kellie decided to transition her career to building a fulltime non-executive director portfolio. After commencing her career with King & Wood Mallesons as a corporate lawyer, she moved into investment banking, working for a US and a French bank, and PwC. Most recently she held senior executive positions as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Executive General Manager in organisations including AGL Limited, Origin Energy Limited, Emeco Holdings Limited and Aurizon Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Arts (Industrial Relations), Master of Applied Finance and is a graduate of the Harvard Advanced Management Programme. She has also studied all things “digital & data” in her second Masters degree. She is currently a non-executive director of Midway Limited, Brightwater Care Group.
