Debbie is an experienced strategic leader in health, disability, and housing organisations during times of challenges and change.
Debbie is a current director on the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Services Board where she has served on the Finance and Performance and Workforce Committees, and chairs the Quality and Safety Committee. Debbie was previously CEO of the Northern Territory Medicare Local and was an elected councillor on Sunshine Coast Council in the post-amalgamation election where she held the Major Projects Portfolio. Debbie was also the inaugural chair of Regional Development Australia Sunshine Coast. Her current position is Chief Executive Officer of Your Best Life Disability and Health Services.
