Catherine Brenner (BEc LLB MBA FAICD) is a seasoned non-executive director and corporate advisor with 20 years of board experience serving listed and private companies, fast growing smaller businesses, government, and not for profit organisations in a diverse set of industries with operations in multiple jurisdictions. She is a former senior investment banker.
Catherine is the Chair of Australian Payments Plus (eftpos, BPAY, NPP, ConnectID), a non-executive director of Scentre Group (Westfield), Emmi and The George Institute for Global Health. She is the former Chair of AMP Limited and has previously served on the boards of Coca-Cola Amatil, Boral, Sydney Opera House and the Art Gallery of NSW and others including in the resources, property, asset management and biotech industries.
