Bianca is passionate about protecting future generations by supporting a just and clean energy transition. She is a chartered chemical engineer who has complimented her technical engineering skill set with management experience as a CEO, strategy experience via working at management consulting firm BCG and by completing an MBA. Bianca currently works in strategy with a focus on green hydrogen, batteries and water.
Bianca has developed her board and governance skills via completing the AICD Company Directors Course and through a variety of roles including: South East Water director, Global Shapers Australia board chair, YWCA QLD non-executive director, CEO and Director (at different times) of NFP Youth Without Borders, Victorian Red Cross Divisional Advisory board member, Bush Heritage Australia Safety and Operations advisory board member and University of Queensland Academic board member
A sought after advisor and speaker, she has spoken at national and international forums, most notably the UN Stockholm+50 on the protection of future generations and at the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting of New Champions (i.e. Summer Davos) on battery supply chain challenges.
