Prior to establishing his own advisory practice Andrew earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in commerce and worked as a commercial finance executive for several large blue-chip multinationals and Australian operations.
Drawing on his experience as a senior finance executive Andrew specialises in business turnaround, strategy and board advisory. He has served for more than 10 years as a non-executive director and of recent years has undertaken several company acquisitions.
Andrew is an experienced board chair and non-executive director with considerable experience in the not-for-profit and education sectors.
He currently chairs VERTO Limited and Campbell Page Limited, is a director of Riverina Community College and council member of Scots All Saints College.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
