Allison Clark

Non-Executive Director, TasPorts

Allison describes herself as a collaborator and changemaker. She has an extensive background in innovation, strategy, and risk management governance, and is widely networked across rural, regional, and remote Tasmania. Her work contributes across industry sectors including agribusiness, waste management and resource recovery, disability services, advanced manufacturing, and most recently in agritourism.


Allison is a Non-Executive Director for TasPorts (Chairs the HR & Remuneration Committee), and the Waste and Resource Recovery Board (Chairs the Circular Economy Committee). In her spare time, she is a contributor to networks designed to stimulate conversation and change for the circular economy in Tasmania as well as agritourism in Tasmania. Her previous directorships have included The Hobart Clinic and TAPAgriCo. 

Allison was the 2018 Tasmanian AgriFutures Rural Women’s Award winner. Her AgriFutures Project focused on finding ways to make business startup more attainable for individuals looking to start a business and who had challenges with literacy. In 2014, she was awarded the Telstra Business Women’s Awards (Tasmania) Private and Corporate Award.
