Operate confidently at the forefront of good governance.
Stay ahead of what matters in the complex and rewarding pursuit of effective professional directorship.
WHAT OUR MEMBERS SAY
Effective directors stay ahead of what matters.
Here at the AICD we advocate, lead, and drive the agenda on governance issues that have an impact on every corner of society. And we do that because it puts the right issues in front of the right people at the most important times.
MEMBERSHIP GRADES
Demonstrate your commitment to good governance.
Our membership grades recognise a diverse range of expertise, qualifications and experience.
Admission to a specific grade of membership is based on meeting eligibility requirements and subject to a review process by the relevant AICD Division Council.
You are seeking to be a part of, and participate in, a community that’s committed to effective contemporary governance, but do not yet hold a board role or meet the eligibility criteria for the AICD ‘Member’ grade.
You’re already a board director or have managerial responsibilities to a board equivalent to those of an executive director.
You meet the eligibility requirements for the AICD ‘Member’ grade and have graduated from the AICD’s Company Directors Course™.
