Michael is joint founder and Managing Partner at Prince Consulting, who specialise in wage remediation and workforce compliance.
Michael has led some of Australia’s largest and most complex wage remediation programs and has engaged extensively with in-house and external legal teams, audit, people and human resources, and external regulators. This includes expert and trusted counsel to boards and executives on matters ranging from wage underpayments through to compliance roadmaps, finance provisions and restatement of statutory accounts.
Michael has 35 years executive experience spanning insurance, funds management, superannuation, investments, banking, utilities, mining, health, retail and media sectors.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (F FINSIA) and has previously been an accredited Master Program Director.
